With your Vendo booth you will get
2 Chairs per Table
4 Vendor Badges
with your Vendor badge you will have access to the Q & A Sessions and a G.A. Seat at the 2 live wrestling shows.
Convention will be for Exhibitors
Thursday August 13th Load in at 6pm to setup
Friday August 14th Doors Open to Vendors at 7am
Saturday August 15th Doors open to Vendors at 7am
Sunday August 16th Doors Open to Vendors at 7am and tear down will be 2:00 pm
Convention for fans will be
Friday & Saturday from 9am- 4pm
Sunday from 9am- 2pm
Limited vendor space is available on a first paid/ first serve basis.
We will not hold space without payment for anyone.
All Talent must be approved by Promoter before being announced.
All Vendors are responsible for any talent that you bring in
Nothing can be hung with staples or tacks to the walls
The Tables, Chairs and Linens are property of the hotel and you will be held responsible if anything is damaged.
TMart Vendor Guidelines
- Selling of "unlicensed merchandise" is at the vendors risk. Tmart does not condone and is not responsible for any unlicensed merchandise sold at the event.
- Setup will be at 7am sharp the morning of the event. You must be ready for when doors open.
- Prices must be posted on all merchandise as well as your return policy.
- Nothing may be tacked or posted to the walls in any way, shape or form.
- The tablecloths are the property of the hotel. Do not write on them or deface them or you will be held responsible for them.
- Aisle ways shall be kept clear at all times
- No games of chance or raffles may be held.
